Målerås Bistro has a rich history in the restaurant and gastronomy industry. Our story began in the charming town of Målerås, nestled in the beautiful region of Småland, Sweden. The founders, Adela Granborg and Herman Wermelink, saw the potential of this quaint town and its local produce. They wanted to create a lunch experience that would not only showcase the best of what the region has to offer, but also provide a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests to enjoy. And thus, Målerås Bistro was born. since december 2023, we have established ourselves as a go-to destination for quality food, group events, and impeccable service.
